1) STAR POINT JHUM BE

2) left turn back stance fighting position.

3) left fist snaps straight up right fist comes up to chin level left side of face palm to face right leg drawn up to knee level look to right side

4) right foot side kick (to right) step down horse rider stance right knife hand strike

5) left hand mid section elbow strike to front of body (left fist winds up in front of right side of your body palm down)( left elbow held at 90°) right fist returns to right hip

6) right hand makes half circle from right hip( come across center of abdomen) then wind up in front of chin ( palm towards chin) left hand snaps downward in opposite half circle ending just in front of groin area( palm towards body) both elbows are kept about 6 inches from body and fists about another 6 inches from elbows

7) right hand makes half circle down ward( come across center of abdomen) then wind up in front of groin ( palm towards groin ) left hand snaps up ward in opposite half circle ending just in front of chin area( palm towards body) both elbows are kept about 6 inches from body and fists about another 6 inches from elbows

8) both fists come up to neck level and cross in mid arm (right on inside) then snap down ward to be parallel with ground and each other elbows at front of hips palms up

9) right hand moves forward (palm up) left open hand covers right fist knuckles then delivers an elbow strike behind you with right fist stopping at front of right hip, open left hand across knuckles of right hand

10) right hand punch to mid section (solar plexus). left open hand moves forward to stop on top of right elbow leaving left elbow bent at 90°

11) left hand moves forward, right open hand covers left fist knuckles then delivers an elbow strike behind you with left fist stopping at front of left hip, open right hand across knuckles of left hand

12) left hand mid section elbow strike to front of body (left fist winds up in front of right side of your body palm down )( left elbow held at 90°) at same time right hand punches shoulder level to right (both arms /fists) will be parallel but right hand farther out from body than left hand

13) left foot steps over right feet together weight on left foot up on right toes (so you move to right and down ward into crouched crossed legged stance) both hands swing up ward around right shoulder then strike back to center of body ending with right hand side fist to center of body (palm up) at groin level aprox 1 foot in front of body, left hand open hand(palm down) fingers on right wrist.

14) pick up right foot thrust to right into back stance facing ( and looking) right double palm strike. left hand palm 6 inches in front of fore head right palm hand points also to right at hip level, elbow on hip right palm up and fingers down

15) fast right and left arms come and cross in front of chest ( tight across chest) slowly step up bringing left foot towards the right until feet are shoulder distance apart at same slowly time pull both arms apart keeping fists closed and 6 inches in front of chest until they are separated by aprox 6 inches arms and feet stop moving at same time. hold position for 1 full second ( or more)

16) left foot steps to left into horse rider stance. left fist swings down into left side hand strike ( palm down) at ( and in front of) groin level at same time right fist swings up and above right shoulder in back knuckle strike (palm inward) right elbow is at shoulder level, fist at head level behind body KEAH!

17) right foot steps over( and in front of) left foot (so you move to left and down ward into crouched crossed legged stance) weight on right foot up on left toes both hands swing up ward around left shoulder then strike back to center of body left fist (palm up) side hand strike hits against right open hand ( right hand is at 90° to floor fingers point directly away from body) at groin level aprox 1 foot in front of body

18) left foot steps to left (so you move to left) into back stance looking left. left hand ridge hand strike (palm up) at left knee level ( left arm parallel with left leg). right fist on right hip.
