1) STAR PATTERN Jhum Be.left foot snaps out ward ( to left side and both hands snap out. left foot come slowly back to ground both hands make slo circle and wind up at belt. right hand in fist left hand covering fist.

2) step forward with left foot left hand extended in fist palm down. Right elbow back right hand in fist palm down. slowly bring left hand back to belt inverting it (palm comes up) as you come back to belt. right hand (in fist) comes forward at same time so that elbow stops at belt (palm up).

3) step forward with Right foot Right hand extended in fist palm down. left elbow back right hand in fist palm down. slowly bring right hand back to belt inverting it (palm comes up) as you come back to belt. left hand (in fist) comes forward at same time so that elbow stops at belt (palm up).

4) step forward (quickly) twice (left then right foot forward) into front stance knife hand strike with right hand. Step back into back stance (quickly) left hand in knife hand down block right fist at belt.

5) step forward (quickly) twice ( right then left foot forward) into front stance knife hand strike with left hand. Step back into back stance (quickly) right hand in knife hand down block left fist at belt.

6)step forward into double hand block cat stance left foot forward and up on toes.

7) step forward into double hand block cat stance right foot forward and up on toes.

8) left foot steps forward pivot 180° right foot steps back. now in front stance right hand makes circle from head back around down and up in open palm hand (power point) left fist at belt

9) step forward with right foot into front stance left hand makes circle from head back around down and up in open palm hand (power point) right fist at belt

10) Step up feet together. right knife hand makes clock wise circle strikes left open palm

11) double side kick with left foot 1st to knees then to stomach step down to left into back stance left fist grabs and pulls to right shoulder. right hand knife hand to point in front of left shoulder. bring left foot back to center make counter clock wise circle with left hand in side hand strike to left side.

12) double side kick with right foot 1st to knees then to stomach step down to left into back stance right fist grabs and pulls to left shoulder. left hand knife hand to point in front of right shoulder. bring right foot back to center make counter clock wise circle with right hand in side hand strike to right side.

13) step forward into front stance left foot forward and right hand up in power point. slowly bring right palm hand down and left palm hand up inverting them

14) step forward into front stance right foot forward (keeping hand in same position) invert them back ( slowly bring right palm hand up and left palm hand down)

15) 180°turn into horse rider stance right foot comes around in cresent kick. right hand back knuckle strike. keah!

16) step forward into Sam so right hand forward. left hand at elbow

17) hop back ( stay in front stance) right hand drops down and snaps back up. left hand comes up and snaps back down.

18) slow spear hand with right hand

19) 180°turn into horse rider stance left foot comes around in cresent kick left hand back knuckle strike

16) step forward into sam so left hand forward.

17) hop back ( stay in front stance) left hand drops down and snaps back up. right hand comes up and snaps back down.

18) slow spear hand with left hand

19) step forward into front stance (right foot forward) double fist strike to chin

20) step up make 90° turn (counter clock wise) step out in front stance stomp ( left foot forward). bladder strike with both fists

21 ) front kick off back (right) leg step down and pivot 180°-arounf right leg (clock wise) into back stance double knife hands

22) Step forward into front stance ( left foot forward) punch to face with left hand

23) Step forward into front stance (right foot forward) in front stance stomp . bladder stike with both fists

24) front kick off back (left) leg step down and pivot 180° (around left leg) (counterclock wise) into back stance double knife hands (left foot forward)

25) Step forward into front stance (right foot forward) in front stance punch with right hand to face Keah!

26) return to Jhum be (pull left foot in)
