1)Jhum Be ( both hands open, down and crossed at belt line left over right)

2) Slide left foot sideways into horse rider stance. left palm (open) presses outward as right palm is retracted.

3) square block with closed fists (left hand above head) looking right.

4) Right hand grabs and pulls into left shoulder. knuckle strike with left hand

5)punch with right hand

6) right hand makes upwards half circle (from left shoulder to fully extended to the right) striking with side of hand ( as if hitting someone on the top of the head) as right foot is pulled closer (to position of a normal walking stance - not tight against left foot)

7) step to right into front stance (left foot forward) punch with left hand

8) left turn (left foot forward) down block

9) step into front stance (right foot forward) punch with right hand

10) cat stance quickly slam left palm into right fist

11) side kick (high) with right foot as step down right hand knife hand strike to throat

12) step into front stance (left foot forward) punch with left hand

13) step into front stance (right foot forward) punch with right hand Keah

14) 270° turn (counter clockwise) into back stance (left foot forward) double knife hand block

14) Step forward into Quan SO (right foot forward)

15) 180° turn ( counter clock wise) into back stance (left foot forward) double knife hand block

16) step forward into double round house kick off the back foot (first right then left) end in back stance (left foot forward) double knife hands

17) left turn into deep front stance (left foot forward) down block

18) pivot into back stance ( keep left foot forward) reverse punch (right hand)

19) step forward into back stance (right foot forward) reverse punch

20) step forward into back stance (left foot forward) reverse punch

21) pivot into front stance (keep left foot forward) axe block downward

22) 180° turn (counter clockwise) into back stance (left foot forward) double elbow strike( back wards) with keah

23) 90° turn (counter clockwise) right fist pivots from left low side of body to right high. left fist pivots from right high side of body to left low side of body. keep palms facing away from body

24) right fist pivots from right high side of body to right low side. left fist pivots from left low side of body to left high side keep palms facing away from body

25) step forward into back stance (left foot forward) double knife hand strike

26) 180° turn ( clockwise) bring back foot up so they are together. Step forward into back stance (right foot forward) double knife hand strike
