1) JHUM BE (down ward at belt)

2) pivot into back stance double knife hand square block facing left

3) step to left in front stance left knife hand in front of forehead right knife hand strike at 45° in front of forehead

4) pivot 180° into back stance double knife hands

5) step forward into front stance left hand spear hand to face

6) left turn (90° counter clock wise) into fighting stance (back stance, hands open)

7) pivot 180° (clock wise) into back stance right foot raised (fists closed)

8) side kick with right foot, pivot 180° (counterclock wise) step down in back stance double knife hands (hands open)

9) take 2 running steps then flying side kick with right foot(on third step) ( keep left foot tucked up) landing in back stance double knife hands Keah!

10) 270° pivot turn (counterclock wise) into left back stance double fist down block

11) step forward into front stance right foot forward double spear hands to eyes

12) Right knee comes up hands cone down to knee. pivot 180° (counterclock wise) step into front stance left foot forward right hand comes around in knife [ridge] hand (palm down) left hand supports right at elbow

13) Step forward round house off back(right foot) then spin side off back (left foot) pivot 180° (counterclock wise) as step down into back stance double knife hands (facing the way you came.)

14) Round house off back (left foot) step down so left foot is just in front of right. 90° turn (clock wise) into back stance left palm hand at forehead right in palm hand. right elbow at hip. palms are equidistant from body!!

15) jump up -360° turn -step down into back stance double knife hands.

16) step forward into front stance. right hand groin strike. left hand comes to right shoulder

17) Step back into back stance left fist blocks down right hand pulls up and back to end high, back of head

18) step forward Quan So (Right foot and hand forward)

19) 270° pivot turn (counterclock wise) into Sam So (left foot and hand forward)

20) 90° pivot turn (counterclock wise) into horse rider stance right fore arm smash left fist supporting right elbow

21) right hand comes down to left elbow then makes back knuckle strike to right side

22) side kick off back foot, first right then left, pivot 180° (counterclock wise) as step down into axe block (in front of face) back stance (right foot forward)

23) step forward into front stance (left foot forward) slowly make 360° circle with hands ending at mid chest level

24) pivot 180° (counterclock wise) into front stance high rising block with right hand then punch with left KEAH!

25) return to Jhum Be
